What you see is what you find Anyone who searches for objects and places in their surroundings in everyday life is used to map-based apps. Google Maps has set the benchmark for this. That’s why our user interfaces are easy to understand and intuitive to use – regardless of whether you are simply searching for the name of an object or defining complex search queries. Based on OpenStreetMaps and customer-specific detailed maps, the tracked objects are displayed with differentiated visualizations. You can configure the map views yourself and save them for repeated use in the way that is most practical for you.

The “where is where” of your inventory Where are the free load carriers? Where is the nearest forklift truck with clamping fork? Where and in what condition is order 4711? Get an overview of your warehouse, your production and the entire company premises in real time on the screen – by expanding your company applications. With our asset finder, you can issue alerts and automatic feedback to your company application, for example based on position changes, recorded by entering and leaving certain zones. You can do this without any programming knowledge by intuitively compiling function blocks. It couldn’t be simpler.

Information has no time for paper Do you want to be able to change the information displayed on load carriers on the shop floor here and now? Do you want your production to be paperless at this point, making your business faster and more sustainable? The eLABELMANAGER makes using electronic labels child’s play: drawing designs, defining events to trigger an update of the eLabels, integrating your company applications and machines – it’s all done intuitively and without expert knowledge.

Information from the assembly line Ideally, production does not stand still – this is how parts, semi-finished and finished products move. But are parts and tools ready for the next work step? What is the current distribution of the work in progress? Where is the order that should have passed through quality assurance yesterday? Why do the processing times in process step A vary so much? Act instead of react: We can monitor production processes (also lot-based), track end products in the testing and certification process including delivery, as well as used goods in the reconditioning process. Comparing the production plan with the actual situation makes problems visible in real time and errors can be corrected immediately. Location analytics based on movement and process histories constantly reveal potential for improvement. This allows you to constantly improve throughput times – while using identical resources!

Track down unauthorized or unnecessary movements and save movement histories as a basis for analyses and evaluations.

Detours? Nobody needs them! Searching, not finding, taking detours, getting annoyed. Anyone who has to work with lists on paper and take pointless routes when picking is frustrated, tires more quickly and wastes valuable time. A mix that produces errors. Show your workers in the supermarket or block warehouse the right way: with instructions on the wrist and clear light signals on small and large load carriers (pick-to-light), routes become short and processes fast. A digital checklist ensures that nothing is forgotten, your staff on site work paperless and with just one medium at all times. Contents and missing parts are displayed on the trolley at all times – and the provision of parts in the right place at the right time is guaranteed.

The digital factory knows its routes Which regular transports are pending? Which missing parts need to be brought to the workstation immediately so that production can continue? Point your driving personnel in the right direction. With instructions plus plausibility checks on the tablet, automatic documentation included: this speeds up the processes in your intralogistics. Your employees always have the digital notepads with them and communicate without paper. This ensures that the right parts are available in the right place at the right time at all times.
