These contain all the necessary materials for assembly for exactly one tractor and are suitably stocked in advance by the logistics department in order to efficiently support the employees on the assembly line. that would enable employees in the so-called \u201csupermarket\u201d to pick the right materials efficiently, paperlessly and with system support (removal of material from the shelf).<\/p><p>The focus area was formulated as <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">relieving the burden on employees<\/span> through improved processes and the reduction of inefficient, manual work.<\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">\u201cTime-consuming processes\u201d,<\/span> such as the printing of paper lists with material numbers, the manual labeling of shelves and the tedious comparison of material numbers and storage locations, should be reduced in order to prevent sources of error during picking or possible production
